Hunter Spivey is a pianist, arranger, and educator in Nashville. Strong roots in jazz and gospel give his music character and depth, while the remarkably broad scope of his work keeps his sound fresh and versatile. Since God has graciously blessed him with the opportunity to create music, he wants his music to bring glory to God, encouragement to God's people, and light to those living in darkness.

Hunter is the touring keyboardist for David Phelps, and has worked with many other noteworthy people and organizations including Devin Leigh, the Jordan Kahn Orchestra, First Baptist Dallas, Cross Timbers Church, Rock Springs Church, Judson Baptist Church, and Stage Notes School of Music and Arts. Hunter holds a B.M. in commercial music from Belmont University and a M.M. in jazz from University of North Texas.
